- Site Supervision: Direct daily construction tasks and check that work matches approved structural designs.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials (like concrete and soil) and enforce safety rules.
- Resource Management: Track work schedules, manage labor, and coordinate equipment delivery.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Project Reporting: Maintain site logs, review contractor bills, and report progress updates
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on site execution work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
