Job Summary:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition intern who is passionate about recruitment and talent management to join our
Talent acquisition Group. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end
recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to attract, assess, and onboard top talent for
IT and BPO roles.
Key Responsibilities
 Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other
recruitment channels.
 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
 Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
 Post and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms.
 Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




 Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
 Support offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 Assist in campus recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment events.
 Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
 Perform other recruitment and HR-related activities as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
 MBA in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Freshers are welcome to apply).
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
 Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
 Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
