About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Plant / Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and plant operations, including inventory handling, loading/unloading, manpower coordination, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day plant and warehouse operations.
- Manage and monitor loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and other materials.
- Coordinate with workers, drivers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth material movement.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, stacking, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock verification.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of rice and other products to minimize damage and wastage.
- Allocate work to warehouse/plant workers and monitor their productivity.
- Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping within the warehouse/plant area.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Sales, and Accounts teams as required.




- Prepare and maintain basic warehouse/dispatch reports and documentation.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure timely completion of loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse / Plant / Dispatch / Logistics Operations.
- Experience in loading, unloading, inventory handling, and manpower supervision.
- FMCG, Food, Rice, Manufacturing, or similar industry experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse documentation.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on operational workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet operational timelines.
