Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating with labourers and contractors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at residential project sites.
- Coordinate and manage labourers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, and overall quality of construction.
- Check daily site progress and report updates to the Site Engineer and management.
- Maintain daily labour attendance, site records, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and inform the concerned team in advance.
- Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials and minimise wastage.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the construction site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer for timely solutions.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure assigned activities are completed on time.
- Attend site inspections and coordinate with clients and other project team members when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential building construction is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, building materials, and site execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
