Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all night-shift logistics and operational activities.
- Must have strong knowledge of PTL (Part Truck Load) business and Pan-India PTL shipment movement.
- Plan routes and coordinate the movement of PTL loads to different destinations across India.
- Supervise shipment segregation, sorting, scanning, staging, and dispatch.
- Monitor loading and unloading of PTL shipments and ensure proper handling and segregation according to destination.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle loading to ensure optimum utilization of vehicle space and timely dispatch.
- Allocate work among loaders, sorters, drivers, and other operational staff.
- Handle the complete night-shift team and ensure discipline, productivity, and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, branches, and operations teams for smooth movement of shipments.
- Track PTL load movement and resolve operational issues, delays, and route-related problems.
- Ensure proper shipment counting,



documentation, loading sheets, and shift handover.
- Take complete responsibility for night operations and personally perform operational tasks whenever required.
- Ensure proper safety, security, and handling of shipments, vehicles, and operational equipment.
- Prepare basic shift reports and update management regarding operational activities and issues.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics/transportation operations, preferably in PTL/cargo/courier.
- Mandatory knowledge of PTL business and Pan-India PTL load movement.
- Strong understanding of route planning, load segregation, sorting, loading/unloading, vehicle dispatch, and shipment movement.
- Experience in handling logistics/warehouse/operations teams.
- Solid team-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage operations during the night shift.
- Should be a hands-on person and willing to perform operational tasks whenever required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
