We are looking for a motivated and confident Loan Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective clients, present our loan options, check eligibility, and guide applicants through the initial documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call prospective leads to introduce Personal, Business, and Home Loan products.
- Evaluate basic customer eligibility (salary, age, CIBIL score checks).
- Address customer queries and convert calls into active loan applications.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/daily tracksheets.
- Follow up with interested leads and coordinate with the documentation team.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance or loan products (preferred, but training is provided).




- Target-oriented mindset with active listening skills.
- Prior telesales or BPO experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: Rs:4000 + Attractive Incentive Structure
- Working Hours : PART TIME [ Between 9:30 AM – 2 PM or 2 PM - 6:30 PM , Sunday Holiday ]
