We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Skin & Hair Therapist to join our advanced Skin & Hair Clinic. The therapist will be responsible for providing aesthetic skin and hair services within their training and permitted scope of practice, assisting with advanced procedures, preparing clients for treatments, providing post-treatment care, and working closely with cosmetologists and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities & Treatment Experience

Skin & Facial Treatments

- Perform HydraFacial treatments, facial therapies, skin cleansing, exfoliation, and rejuvenation procedures.
- Perform Microdermabrasion and other non-invasive skin treatments.
- Assist with and/or perform basic and advanced chemical peels according to clinic protocols and permitted scope of practice.
- Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment skin preparation and aftercare.
- Assist with Cosmelan and Meline peel treatment protocols and follow-up care.
- Laser & Advanced Aesthetic Procedures
- Operate or assist with aesthetic laser/device procedures where appropriately trained, certified, and legally permitted, including:
- Cool-Tip Diode Laser – Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
- Q-Switched Laser
- Fractional CO₂ Laser
- Carbon Toning
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
- MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency)
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, consumables, and clients according to established safety protocols.

Microneedling & Skin Rejuvenation

- Assist with and/or perform microneedling treatments, where permitted, using:
- Dermapen
- Dermaroller
- Assist with skin booster and exosome skin treatments and provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure care.

Hair & Scalp Treatments





- Prepare and assist clients undergoing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate), Exosome, and QR678 treatments for hair.
- Perform appropriate scalp preparation and post-treatment care.
- Assist with hair-loss treatment programs and maintain treatment schedules and progress records.
- Support the clinical team with hair-transplant preparation and post-transplant care.
- Medical & Injectable Procedure Assistance
- Prepare clients, treatment rooms, sterile supplies, and equipment for physician/qualified medical skilled–performed procedures, including:
- PRP/GFC for skin and hair
- Skin boosters
- Botox and dermal fillers
- Intralesional steroid injections
- Intralesional tranexamic acid injections
- IV Glutathione therapy
- Warts, moles, and skin-tag removal
- Exosome treatments
- Provide post-procedure instructions according to the treating clinician’s protocol.

General Responsibilities

Maintain excellent hygiene, sterilization, infection-control, and treatment-room standards. Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and prepared between clients. Maintain accurate treatment records, progress photographs, consumable records, and follow-up information.

Educate clients regarding treatment preparation, aftercare, skincare, haircare, and sun protection according to clinic protocols. Monitor client comfort during procedures and immediately report unusual reactions or concerns to the supervising clinician.

Work collaboratively with cosmetologists, dermatologists, physicians, nurses, laser professionals, and hair-transplant teams to provide a professional and positive client experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
