Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant/CMA – Manufacturing, based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production costs, coordinating with plant and operations teams, analyzing profitability, supporting audits,



and recommending process improvements for better financial efficiency within the manufacturing function.

Qualifications

- Qualified qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), with proven experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and inventory management for production environments.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and analytical review of plant-level performance.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and management, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience in media, technology, or energy-related manufacturing is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
