Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QMS and Audit Management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and maintain QMS documentation as per applicable ISO standards.

- Prepare and implement SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Procedures, Formats and Records.

- Plan, coordinate and conduct Internal Quality Audits and support Customer/External & Certification Audits.

- Ensure effective implementation of documented procedures across departments and monitor process compliance.

- Establish Quality Records & Documentation Control and ensure timely completion and proper maintenance of records.

- Identify non-conformities (NCs)



and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and effective closure of quality issues.

- Monitor process and product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & Quality Management System (QMS).

- Practical experience in Audit Management, SOP Development and QMS Implementation.

- Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, NCR, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis and Document Control.

- Robust Quality Documentation, Compliance & Process Improvement skills.

- Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to drive department-wise QMS compliance.

Preferred: Experience in Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing Industry.
