About the Role:
The team: The OSTTRA Product team comprises Capital Markets professionals dedicated to designing, building, and safeguarding the applications that power our network. Leveraging contemporary microservices and cloud-based architectures, we manage a sophisticated landscape of high-performance, compute-intensive technology.

Responsibilities and impact:
OSTTRA is currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to support our FX & Securities Platforms, ensuring seamless trade processing, regulatory compliance, and settlement across systems that handle over 100 million messages daily.
In this role, you will collaborate with agile cross-functional teams—including product, development, QA, and operations—across global locations like India, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, and London. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to build robust internal and external relationships with clients, clearing houses, venues, and trade repositories in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordination with stakeholders for requirements elicitation to meet customer/market expectations
- Ensure alignment among the business, tech and other teams
- Prioritization of future features and functionalities, to create product roadmap
- Coordinate and communicate the product roadmap with all stakeholders and ensure its delivery
- Analyze and represent the requirements in epics/stories, usecases, and define acceptance criteria for each functionality towards delivery
- Support other teams in analysing production issues, client queries
- Support UAT (internal and client teams) from functional point of view and incorporate feedback in future releases of OTC & ETD derivatives terms and principles

What we’re looking for:Fundamental requirement:

- Post graduate – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred in related field
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience




- Demonstrate experience of working in a product management environment
- Strong Analytical & Communication skills
- Valuable knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case and user story definition and other business analysis techniques
- Commercial awareness and financial services experience

Additional preferred requirements:

- Understanding of OTC & ETD derivatives terms and principles
- Experience working as a business analyst in an agile scrum team
- Familiarity with financials asset classes and trading lifecycle
- Understanding of FIX/FpML or other messaging formats or protocols
