We’re Hiring | Fashion Design & Creative Operations Associate

MAVK is looking for a hands-on, creative and organised all-rounder to join our growing fashion brand.

This is an entry-level role for someone who is interested in fashion and wants exposure to design, production, merchandising, inventory and brand content — not just a desk-based design role.

What will you do?

Fashion & Production

- Coordinate with factories, manufacturers and vendors for sampling and production follow-ups
- Assist with fabric, trims, sampling and production coordination
- Track production timelines and follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution
- Support the team with product development and other fashion-related requirements

Inventory & Operations

- Maintain accurate stock and SKU records
- Record and track inward/outward movement of inventory
- Support stock reconciliation and basic inventory reporting
- Maintain production and product-related records and documentation

Creative & Brand Support

- Create basic graphics and creatives for social media and other brand requirements
- Support basic video editing/reels as required
- Assist with product shoots, content creation and other brand activities
- Help maintain consistency in MAVK's visual and brand presentation

Day-to-Day Startup Support

- Work closely with the founders and team on different business requirements
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through until completion
- Be comfortable working across different functions as priorities evolve





What are we looking for?

- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome
- Degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Communication, Textile Design or a related field
- Strong interest in fashion, clothing and brand building
- Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator or similar design tools
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A proactive, hands-on attitude — someone who is comfortable getting things done rather than saying “that's not my job”
