JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

OR

- Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant qualified experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and contractual quality requirements.
- Monitor construction and project activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
- Review material test certificates, inspection reports, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
- Identify and report quality deviations and Non-Conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in conducting internal quality audits and support client/consultant inspections and external audits.




- Verify that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and applicable standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, testing, and subcontractor teams on quality-related matters.
- Monitor the implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure proper calibration and availability of inspection and testing equipment, wherever applicable.
- Prepare periodic quality reports and provide inputs for management review.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continual improvement throughout the project.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
