. Identifying and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities:

Actively seek out and develop new leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

Establish and nurture solid relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.

· Presenting and Selling Products/Services:

Effectively present and promote the company's paper and paperboard products to prospective and existing customers, using persuasive arguments and product knowledge.

· Achieving Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs.

· Understanding Customer Needs:

Actively listen to and understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their needs.

· Maintaining Customer Records:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

· Reporting to Management:





Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships and closing deals.

· Results-Oriented Mindset:

A proactive and results-oriented approach is necessary to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

· Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and overcome sales objections.

· Experience:

Prior experience in field sales, preferably within the MIDC, Chemical, Pharma, is required.

· Willingness to Travel:

The role may involve frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
