Head of Retail Fulfilment
Looking for an execution-first Head of Retail Fulfilment to build and operate its retail fulfilment model, starting in Hyderabad and subsequently scaling across India.
Pay: 15-20 LPA
The Head of Retail Fulfilment will build the retail capability required to reliably serve customers — establishing the right pharmacy network, ensuring product availability, managing fulfilment and delivery, controlling inventory and commercial terms, and continuously improving partner performance and economics. This is a 0-to-1 builder-operator role. The person will initially work hands-on in the field and subsequently build the team and operating structure required to scale. You will own the build-out of the retail fulfilment system — from partner selection and onboarding through availability, fulfilment, inventory, commercial management, performance and scale. This is not a conventional pharma sales, medical detailing, distributor-management or pure warehouse-operations role.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
