Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge (Interior Hotel Projects) to lead end-to-end execution of luxury hotel interior projects.

This role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle — from planning to final delivery — ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning and execution of hotel interior projects from initiation to completion

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors for seamless execution

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks & implement corrective actions

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements

- Prepare and present project reports, MIS, and updates to senior management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in managing large-scale hotel interior projects

- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities





- Hands-on experience with project management tools and execution frameworks

- In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and hotel design standards

- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field

- 10+ years of experience in handling hotel interior projects

- Prior experience in luxury or hospitality projects will be highly preferred
