We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to teach Biology in accordance with the CBSE and NCERT curriculum. The candidate should be able to create an engaging classroom environment, build strong conceptual understanding, and support students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Biology lessons based on the CBSE curriculum and NCERT textbooks.
- Explain concepts clearly using diagrams, examples, activities, models, and demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, revision materials, and question papers.
- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, revisions, and remedial sessions.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, scientific thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct Biology practical and laboratory sessions effectively and safely.
- Encourage students to participate actively in classroom discussions and academic activities.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Monitor and maintain records of student attendance, academic performance, assessments, and progress.
- Analyse examination results and prepare improvement plans wherever required.
- Provide regular feedback to students regarding their academic performance.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate student progress to parents.
- Coordinate with other subject teachers and the Academic Coordinator for effective academic planning.
- Use appropriate digital teaching tools and resources to enhance classroom learning.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Participate in school academic activities, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and other events.
- Follow all school policies,



academic procedures, and professional standards.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of NCERT Biology textbooks and CBSE curriculum.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
