- Farm Operations
- Supervise daily agricultural and farm activities.
- Monitor crop cultivation, planting, weeding, harvesting, and related activities.
- Ensure farm activities are carried out according to the planned schedule.
- Monitor the overall condition of crops, plants, and farm areas.
- Labour Management
- Allocate daily work to farm workers and labourers.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate with HR regarding labour requirements, attendance, leave, and discipline.
- Irrigation & Water Management
- Monitor daily irrigation activities.
- Ensure proper water distribution to crops and farm areas.
- Check pumps, pipelines, tanks, and irrigation systems.
- Report any breakdowns or water-related issues immediately.
- Farm Maintenance
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of farm areas.
- Coordinate maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment, fencing, sheds, and other facilities.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of farm tools and materials.
- Crop & Plant Monitoring
- Regularly inspect crops and plants for pests, diseases, water requirements,



and other issues.
- Coordinate with the Agriculture Officer / Agronomist when technical support is required.
- Maintain records of farming activities and crop conditions.
- Material & Inventory Management
- Monitor the availability and usage of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other farm materials.
- Maintain basic stock records.
- Inform management about material requirements in advance.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workers follow farm safety procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE while handling agricultural chemicals and equipment.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and other incidents immediately.
- Daily Reporting
- Prepare daily farm activity reports.
- Maintain records of manpower, work completed, irrigation, materials used, and farm observations.
- Submit daily / weekly reports to the reporting manager.
