Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Finance Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students/professionals in core accounting and finance concepts, equipping them with industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures and practical lab sessions on Financial Accounting, Taxation, and related subjects.
- Software Training: Teach practical accounting tools such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.
- Curriculum Management: Deliver classes according to the pre-planned syllabus and training schedules.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and mock interviews to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentorship: Guide and support students,



helping them clarify technical doubts and preparing them for job interviews.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, BBA-Finance, MBA-Finance).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core accounting concepts, GST, Income Tax, and finalization of accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management skills. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward terms.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam (essential for local student interaction) and working knowledge of English.
- Experience: 0 - 3 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
