Position: MBA Faculty – HR & Marketing
Location: Jigani / Electronic City, Bengaluru
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree or above
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical learning sessions for MBA students.
- Handle subjects related to Human Resources and/or Marketing.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
- Support academic activities, workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic delivery.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

- Master’s degree or higher in HR, Marketing, Management, Business Administration,



or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching/academic experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Practical industry exposure and/or research experience will be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing management students.
