E-Commerce Tele Sales Executive Company: GRO ECOM GRO ECOM is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented E-Commerce Tele Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads. - Explain GRO ECOM’s e-commerce services, benefits, pricing, and process to customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services. - Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers. - Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Build good relationships with customers through professional communication. Requirements: - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Valuable Hindi communication; basic English is preferred. - Telecalling, telesales, or e-commerce experience is preferred. - Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply. - Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
