Department: Customer Service – USA Import

Years of experience: 2 - 4 years in Freight Forwarding Industry only

Shift Time: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM

Location: Marol

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced USA Import Operation and Documentation with hands-on experience in handling USA import shipments and coordinating with Carriers, truckers, and internal teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of USA import documentation, shipment processes, and customs clearance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle ISF, AMS, and USA Customs Clearance requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate HBL & MBL documentation.
- Coordinate with USA Truckers for container pickup and delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must.
- Hands-on experience in USA Import is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of ISF, AMS, HBL, MBL, and USA Customs Clearance.
- Experience dealing with Steamship Lines, USA Customers & Truckers.
- Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Valuable English communication skills – both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
