About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying quality talent, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and recruitment records.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within defined TATs and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through continuous market mapping and talent sourcing.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks,



and talent availability within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives related to Talent Acquisition as required.

Requirements & Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory: Prior hiring/recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Valuable understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidates and understand role requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach to recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about hiring, with the ability to identify the right talent quickly and build strong candidate relationships.

A hands-on recruiter who can independently manage multiple positions and consistently deliver closures within defined timelines will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
