We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented individuals who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in digital marketing and business growth. This is not a routine internship. You will actively contribute to live campaigns, product growth strategies, and brand-building initiatives for USJ Technologies and its platforms, including Chalo Kumbh.

You will work closely with the founding team and have direct access to strategic decision-making — an prospect rarely available at this stage of your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

▸ Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

▸ Set up, run, optimize, and report on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

▸ Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and audience behavior studies

▸ Develop engaging content ideas, social media calendars, and campaign briefs

▸ Support lead generation initiatives and track funnel performance

▸ Analyze campaign KPIs, prepare weekly performance reports, and recommend improvements

▸ Brainstorm creative and data-driven marketing experiments to improve reach and engagement

▸ Collaborate with the design and content team for end-to-end campaign execution

▸ Assist in brand-building activities for USJ Technologies and Chalo Kumbh

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
