Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, NVR systems, monitors, and related equipment.
- Perform CCTV camera installation and testing.
- Configure IP cameras, network switches, routers, and related networking equipment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper recording and storage.
- Troubleshoot camera, NVR, power supply, network, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Replace faulty cameras, hard drives, and other components.
- Check camera angles, image quality, recording status, and storage capacity.
- Maintain CCTV system records, maintenance reports, and equipment details.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for CCTV-related requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns and technical complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices while working at site.
- Able to work with SLA and minimum down time

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or security systems preferred.
