The role

● Design the customer website and booking flow so a worried family can book care in under a minute
● Design the ops dashboard and the staff app for bookings, dispatch, roster, visits, and attendance
● Plan WhatsApp booking and notification flows, including what customers see and when ● Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, then work closely with engineers to ship them
● Design staff uniforms for nurses, caregivers, phlebotomists, and technicians: comfortable, hygienic, and instantly recognisable as Healkin
● Design field kit bags, sample-collection boxes, cold boxes, and sterile kit packaging that are practical, durable, and easy to clean
● Design branded items and patient material: ID cards, badges, raincoats, two-wheeler branding, care-summary cards, and welcome kits




● Work with vendors and manufacturers on samples, materials, costing, and final production
● Talk to customers and field staff, watch how they use what you design, and fix what's confusing or uncomfortable
● Build and maintain a simple Healkin design system across digital and physical products

Who this is for
● 0–2 years of design experience, with a portfolio covering both digital and physical products
● Strong in Figma, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
● Experience in product, industrial, or apparel design; you understand materials, fabrics, and basic manufacturing
● You've worked with vendors on samples and production before
● You design for real users, including elderly customers, stressed families, and busy field staff, not just for looks
● Clear communicator: you can explain a design decision in five lines
● Healthtech, marketplace, or on-demand services experience is a big plus

Who this isn't for
● You only want to make things look pretty, not solve problems
● You don't want to talk to users or visit the ground
● You need a fully defined brief before starting
