About Position:

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer with strong expertise in Qt and QML to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using modern C++ technologies and the Qt framework. This role offers the opportunity to work on established enterprise products, collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions in an Agile development environment.

What You'll Do:





- Independently execute development tasks including implementation of user stories, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Design, develop, and maintain application functionality using C++ and the Qt framework.
- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using QML.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.
- Collaborate closely with software architects to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Work effectively with team members across development, testing, and support functions.
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and development activities within Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Analyze and resolve software defects, technical issues, and performance challenges.
- Document technical solutions, development activities, and user-facing functionality.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of existing software products and take ownership of assigned modules and components.
- Contribute to continuous product enhancement and technical innovation initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
- Strong experience with Qt Framework and QML application development.
- Positive knowledge of modern C++ standards including C++11, C++14, and C++17.
- Experience developing desktop applications and graphical user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with build management tools such as CMake and Makefiles.
- Proficiency with development tools including Qt Creator, Visual Studio Code, and related IDEs.
- Experience using static code analysis tools and interpreting analysis results.
- Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.




- Experience working in large-scale software development projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of software architecture concepts and UML is desirable.
- Strong Linux development experience; exposure to Windows environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of German language will be an added advantage.
