- We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently own projects from concept to completion. You will lead design development, handle client interactions, produce complete working drawings, and coordinate with contractors and vendors on site. You will be the design anchor on your projects — the person who ensures what was designed is what gets built.
- Lead design concept development and client presentations — understand briefs, translate them into spaces
- Produce complete 2D working drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and detail drawings in AutoCAD / ZwCAD
- Handle space planning, material selection, colour schemes, lighting design, and custom furniture specifications
- Attend client meetings independently — present concepts, manage feedback, and drive design approvals
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors — ensure design intent is communicated clearly and maintained on site




- Conduct site visits for quality inspections at key project milestones (supervisors manage daily site operations)
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups before execution
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers on active projects
- Stay current with design trends, new materials, and industry innovations
- Work on premium residential and commercial projects
