- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Solid knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable data workflows.
- Familiarity with debugging and optimizing data pipelines for performance.
- Ability to work with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
