**Manager — Business Development**
**Sitvik Renew Private Limited | Jaipur**
**Role:** Generate business and close orders for rooftop solar EPC projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly order booking and collection targets.
- Build and manage the channel partner network.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain pipeline data and report weekly to Directors.
**Requirements**
- Graduate; 3 years in business development or field sales.
- Solid lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi, working English.
- Own vehicle with valid licence.
**Compensation:** Fixed salary + incentive on order booking and collection.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
