About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth bookkeeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day financial transactions with accurate debit and credit entries
- Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally (ERP/Prime)
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vouchers
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment receipts, and purchase/sales entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Support in GST/TDS entries and basic statutory compliance (as applicable)
- Prepare trial balance and assist in month-end/year-end closing
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting-related queries
- Assist senior accountants/finance manager in audits and financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles — debit and credit entries, journal entries, ledger posting
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Good understanding of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances is a plus
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
