Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and have robust knowledge of goods inventory. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build their careers in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock & Ledger Maintenance: Track goods from delivery to final sale using software or MS Excel.
- Document Processing: Handle Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Material Issue Notes.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Match physical stock counts with ledger balances and investigate variances or discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing stock aging, valuation reports,



and month-end/year-end inventory closures.
- Department Coordination: Work closely with the store, procurement, and sales teams to ensure correct billing and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
