Job Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and fabricated parts as per required quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of packaging machines and machine components.
- Check dimensions, measurements, alignment, finishing, and assembly quality.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and QC records.
- Identify quality defects and coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams for corrective action.
- Ensure machines are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct functional testing of machines before dispatch.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection and testing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Service,



and Design teams regarding quality issues.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality problems.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected or defective materials.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
- Assist in preparing Final Inspection Reports / Quality Reports before machine dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
