Job Description – HPDC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HPDC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating high-pressure die casting machines and maintaining production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate 350T, 900T, 1250T and 1300T PDC machines.

2. Monitor machine parameters, cycle time and production output.

3. Ensure product quality and identify common casting defects.

4. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.

5. Support die change, machine setup and production activities.

6. Maintain production and rejection records.

7. Follow safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping requirements.

8. Achieve daily production and quality targets.





Required Skills:

1. Hands-on knowledge of 350T, 900T, 1250T & 1300T PDC machines.

2. Knowledge of PDC process parameters and casting defects.

3. Basic troubleshooting and machine-setting knowledge.

4. Ability to work in rotational shifts.

5. Good discipline, safety awareness and teamwork.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Automobile preferred.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant HPDC / Die Casting experience preferred.
