About the Company

We are a leading notebook manufacturing and marketing company engaged in supplying high-quality notebooks, exercise books, and stationery products across West Bengal through a strong B2B distribution network.

Job Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, developing distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer networks within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and retailer surveys.





Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG, stationery, notebook, or distribution sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and Negotiation skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
