Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader – Last Mile Operations to manage day-to-day delivery operations at our Ramanattukara hub. The role involves managing delivery executives, ensuring timely shipments, monitoring productivity and service quality, and handling operational escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth hub functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate Delivery Executives and Ground Coordinators.
- Plan manpower and delivery routes based on daily shipment volume.
- Monitor shipment performance, delivery productivity, pending shipments and RTO.
- Ensure timely allocation and dispatch of shipments.
- Track attendance, absenteeism and manpower availability.
- Drive productivity and ensure adherence to operational KPIs.
- Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with hub, customer service and other internal teams.




- Monitor delivery executive performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports and updates.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, e-commerce or warehouse operations.
- Experience in managing field/delivery teams will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and manage peak-season requirements.
