strong ROI.

We are looking for a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with strong hands-on

expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), specifically for real estate

campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

Plan, execute, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display,

Performance Max, YouTube).

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for real

estate projects.

Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.





Write high-converting ad copies aligned with project USPs (pricing, location, offers,

amenities).

Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager, and CRM integrations.

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and extensions to improve lead quality.

Meta Ads

Plan and execute Meta lead generation campaigns (Lead Forms & Landing Page

campaigns).

Build and optimize custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

Scale campaigns for site visits, lead generation, and remarketing.

Monitor lead quality and continuously reduce CPL.

Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and carousel ads.

Reporting & Optimization

Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.

Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and optimization plans.

Manage and optimize budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead quality and conversion feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
