Job Title : Society Manager

Society : Cascade CHS, Raheja Garden, Near Teen Haath Naka, LBS Road.

Location : Thane

Role & responsibility

- An Society manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of housing society consisting of three buildings.
- The Society manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair activities on the society. This includes hiring and supervising contractors/vendors and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Make sure that AMC visits are done in time.
- The manager needs to oversee the expenses of the society by tracking the expenses and paying bills and taxes on time. He also need to manage the budget efficiently.
- Supervising the agencies like Security, Housing Keeping, Gardner staff & others support staff like maintenance engineer etc. Allotment of work to various staff of society.
- The Manager needs to attend the grievances or complaints raised by members, resolve them and provide feedback to members and the Management Committee.
- Maintain the log of maintenance collections and defaulters. Send timely reminders.




- Manage the correspondence with various government authorities and follow up.
- Maintain the statuary records as per bye laws. Allotment of work to various staff of society.
- Notice board management, all notices should be on notice board timely.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or post graduate in Arts or commerce or science.
- Computer knowledge about Word, Excel and Power Point.

Work Experience : 3-20 years as a staff in cooperative housing society

Skills

- Knowledge of By-Laws of Cooperative Housing Society, Letter Drafting, Negotiations skills, Supervision and administrative
- Soft spoken & polite, must be self-motivated, high-level of energy

Reports to Office Bearer of the society

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
