Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage and optimize the company's inventory of robotics kits, electronic components, mechanical parts, tools, consumables, finished products, and other STEM-related materials.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely availability of materials, minimizing inventory losses and excess stock, and coordinating closely with procurement, warehouse, production/assembly, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, from receiving and storage to issuance, dispatch, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, inventory management software, or spreadsheets.
- Track stock levels of robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, PCBs, wires, mechanical components, tools, batteries, consumables, and finished products.
- Establish and maintain appropriate minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and periodic cycle counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team regarding purchase requirements and replenishment.
- Coordinate with assembly/production teams to ensure components are available as per requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.




- Implement proper storage, labeling, binning, and categorization systems.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward material movements.
- Monitor batch numbers, serial numbers, and product/component traceability where applicable.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components and other sensitive materials.
- Monitor inventory-related wastage, damages, and losses and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular inventory reports, including stock position, consumption, shortages, excess inventory, and ageing.
- Support audits and maintain proper inventory documentation.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory management, safety, and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with large numbers of SKUs and component-level inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹10,013.73 - ₹32,638.26 per month
