Newton Cloud is looking for In-House Cloud Hosting Sales Executives to join our T. Nagar office. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers and converting enquiries into orders for our cloud and hosting services.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
* Contact customers across India and understand their hosting requirements.
* Promote and sell Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Website Hosting, Email Hosting and Managed Cloud Services.
* Explain services clearly and recommend suitable solutions.
* Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
* Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements and service activation.
* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
Requirements
* Good communication and spoken English skills.
* Ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
* Hindi speaking is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Tamil and/or other Indian regional languages will be an added advantage.
* Candidates who can communicate in multiple Indian languages are preferred, as the role involves handling customers from different regions.
* Sales-oriented with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Basic knowledge of Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers or Web Hosting is an advantage.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
