About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Freight Brokers / Logistics Sales Representatives. No prior freight or logistics experience is required. We provide training and support to help you learn the industry and build a successful career in logistics.

As a Freight Broker, you will work with shippers and carriers to coordinate freight transportation across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential shippers and customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable transportation solutions.
- Find and coordinate reliable carriers for available shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers.
- Track shipments and communicate updates to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop new business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customers, shipments, and quotes.
- Work with the operations team to ensure shipments are handled smoothly.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation is a plus, but not required.
