We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele Collection Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring quality customer communication, and maintaining daily operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Tele Collection Executives.
- Allocate customer accounts and daily calling targets to team members.
- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Track team productivity, calling activity, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Review daily MIS and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts and committed payments.
- Monitor call quality and ensure professional and appropriate customer communication.
- Handle escalated customer cases and assist team members in difficult collection cases.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify low-performing team members and provide necessary coaching and guidance.
- Ensure team members follow company policies, collection processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, commitments, and collections.




- Coordinate with the Operations/Management team regarding performance and escalations.
- Take corrective action and provide feedback wherever required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, or a similar role.
- Prior experience handling a telecalling/collection team will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Banking, NBFC, DSA, Loan Collection, Credit Card Collection, or Debt Recovery backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
