Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join a US-based company and handle customer support through a chat-based process. The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills, good typing ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support through chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear and professional responses.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate them when required.
- Maintain accurate information while handling customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and maintain professional communication.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements
