JOB DETAILS:
Position: Health Insurance Telecaller
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding health insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable health insurance plans.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with the team for policy issuance and customer support.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Insurance Sales or Telecalling preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Candidates with existing health insurance sales experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
