Role: Management Executive/Trainee

Location: Trichy, Karaikal, South Tamilnadu

The Management Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Handle day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Respond promptly to Customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Promote products through upselling, cross-selling, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Support and coordinate with outlet staff to improve productivity and service quality
- Willingness to work in a retail/F&B; setting




- Candidates with strong sales aptitude, leadership potential and entrepreneurial mindset will be preferred.
- Product presentation and merchandising, Billing/POS operations

Required Qualifications

- Hotel management/ MBA Graduates
- Freshers / 0–1 Years
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
