We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Fashion Designer with robust exposure to the Export womenswear market to join our export house team. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of international fashion trends, commercial product development, and collection building for global buyers and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop seasonal womenswear collections targeting the high-street and premium contemporary market
- Lead collection planning for our September fashion presentation/show in London
- Research international trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, trims, and market direction
- Create mood boards, concepts, CADs, tech packs, and range plans
- Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams
- Source fabrics, prints, embroideries, and trims suitable for export markets
- Build commercially strong and trend-forward collections
- Understand buyer requirements, costing sensitivities, and retail positioning
- Maintain awareness of Export brands, retailers, and evolving fashion trends

Requirements

- 3–8+ years experience in womenswear design, preferably in an export house




- Strong knowledge of Export fashion market and consumer preferences
- Experience working with international buyers and export collections
- Excellent collection-building and styling capability
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD development
- Good understanding of fabrics, washes, fits, and garment construction
- Ability to work in fast-paced export environment with deadlines
- Experience preparing collections for trade shows/fashion weeks is a strong advantage

Preferred Profile

- Strong aesthetic sense with contemporary design language
- Understanding of premium high-street fashion
- Knowledge of embroidery, prints, textures, and fashion forecasting
- Confident communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
