We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable Content Creator to plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for our two Instagram pages — a premium brand-building main account and a high-frequency deals/offers page. You'll be the visual storyteller bringing our product mix (home decor, artifacts, gifting, dining, fragrance, and more) to life for a design-conscious audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit daily/weekly Reels showcasing new arrivals, styling ideas, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes showroom content
- Manage content calendars for two distinct Instagram pages with different tones (premium/aspirational vs. rapid-paced deals)
- Style product shots and vignettes in coordination with the store's visual merchandising
- Capture trending audio/formats and adapt them to home decor and gifting content
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and hooks optimized for reach and saves
- Track performance (views, saves, shares, follower growth) and iterate on what's working
- Coordinate with influencers during festive/launch campaigns
- Occasionally shoot photo content for grids, stories,



and paid ad creatives
- Stay current on decor, gifting, and lifestyle content trends

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience creating content for Instagram Reels (portfolio/reel links required)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and lighting — especially for interiors/product content
- Comfortable using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar mobile/desktop editing tools
- Basic photography skills (smartphone or DSLR/mirrorless)
- Understanding of Instagram trends, reels algorithm, and engagement tactics
- Good communication skills for on-camera presence or voiceovers (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pipelines
- Based in or willing to commute to Mohali/Tricity

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in home decor, interiors, fashion, or lifestyle content
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva) for static posts
- Understanding of festive/seasonal marketing (Diwali campaigns)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
