Supervisor & Sales Executive – Key Job Roles

- Service Supervision
- Supervise and monitor technicians during pest control service visits.
- Ensure services are carried out as per company SOPs and customer requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of completed services.
- Check technician attendance, service schedules, equipment, chemicals and materials.
- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Sales & Business Development
- Generate current business opportunities for pest control services and AMC contracts.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and construction sites.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable pest control solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for orders and service confirmation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote pest control services, AMC packages and related products.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, schedules and quotations.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and collect feedback.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle service-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Team Coordination
- Allocate service work to technicians and monitor daily schedules.
- Guide and support technicians in handling difficult service situations.




- Monitor technician performance and provide necessary instructions.
- Coordinate between customers, technicians and management.
- Sales & Service Reporting
- Maintain daily sales and service visit reports.
- Track quotations, enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
- Submit regular sales and service performance reports to management.
- Monitor pending payments and coordinate with customers for payment follow-up.
- Product Sales
- Promote and sell pest control chemicals, rodent control products and other related products.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain proper records of product enquiries, sales and customer follow-ups.

Preferred Qualification & Skills

- Experience in Pest Control / Sales / Field Service preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience preferred.
- Qualification in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture or a related field will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Mobile phone required for field communication and reporting.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to supervise technicians and independently handle sales follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / email for reporting and communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
