Job Title: Operations Supervisor – Factory & Site

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory operations and workers.
- Plan production, installation and site activities.
- Coordinate materials, dispatches and installation teams.
- Monitor work quality, timelines and worker productivity.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and engineers.
- Provide daily progress reports to management.

Requirements

- Diploma/BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in fabrication, construction, interiors or manufacturing.
- Strong worker-management and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Bengaluru.




- Kannada and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

This is a hands-on operations role involving both factory supervision and site

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
