Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the application environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms for application integration and automation.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability during updates.
- Robust problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
- Knowledge of best practices in application lifecycle management and change control.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
