Goa Slider Club by Ludic | Anjuna, Goa

Goa Slider Club is Ludic’s first retail concept in Goa; a compact, design-led space built around sliders, footwear, apparel and accessories.

We’re looking for a Fashion Associate who will work closely with the Store Manager and be the second point of ownership on the store floor.

The Role

This isn’t just a billing or sales role. You’ll be responsible for making sure every customer walking into Goa Slider Club gets a warm, informed and effortless brand experience.

You’ll understand the products, help customers find what works for them, keep the store looking sharp and step up to manage the floor whenever the Store Manager isn’t around.

What You’ll Do

- Own the customer experience from entry to checkout.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products, fits and sizes.
- Build strong knowledge across footwear, apparel and accessories.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly store targets.
- Take ownership of the store floor in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and basic inventory movement.
- Support billing, POS and daily store opening/closing processes.
- Assist with stock counts, inward/outward movement and inventory accuracy.
- Capture customer feedback and share useful insights with the team.




- Help execute launches, activations and community events at the store.
- Maintain the service standards and culture expected from Ludic.

Who We’re Looking For

- Age: 24–28 years
- Experience: Ideally 2–5 years in fashion/lifestyle retail.
- Prior experience with a footwear, apparel, accessories or lifestyle brand is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable taking responsibility beyond individual sales.
- Positive understanding of styling, fit and customer interaction.
- Confident communicator with strong English; Hindi is important. Konkani/Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable working with POS systems and basic retail reporting.
- Well-groomed, energetic and naturally approachable.
- Should enjoy working in a young, fast-moving brand environment.
- Must be comfortable with weekends, holidays and retail shifts.

What Matters to Us

We’d rather hire someone who understands people, products and hospitality than someone who has simply spent years behind a retail counter.

You should be someone who notices when a display is off, remembers a returning customer, understands when to help and when to give someone space, and treats the store like their own.

Reports to: Store Manager
Location: Anjuna, Goa

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
